Johnny Chechitelli and Jimmy Naples discuss some upcoming live shows and highlight a pair of “Post of the Weeks” from our Youngstown Mob Facebook group. James Olmstead provides another great .pdf file for the group. This time, it’s an old Youngstown State University research paper, featuring an interview with Joseph “Pobo” Jennings. “Pobo” details the
riots of the 1920s, in which the Italian community in Niles, Ohio fights back against the Ku Klux Klan. The Italian Americans of Niles were able to push back against the KKK and defend themselves, as well as their town, against the bigotry.

The second “Post of the Week” features Youngstown’s own, Nick Adduci. Nick is a talented musician who allows us to use his original song “Seat 17” in our intros and outros of our Mob Talk shows. Nick posted an acoustic performance of this song — inspired by former Mahoning Valley Congressman-turned-convict James Traficant. We feature his entire
performance at the end of this show. “United Music” and “United Music II” original albums by Nick Adduci are streaming now. Listen today: https://distrokid.com/hyperfollow/nic… Thanks to our amazing sponsors Sunrise Inn of Warren (510 E Market St, Warren, OH) and Cut & Toast (160 Lowellville Rd, Struthers, OH). And we’re getting closer to our live
show in Warren, OH on Feb. 9th! The VIP section is sold out but there are still tickets available at RobinsTheatre.com — hope to see all of our Mob Associates there!
